Red-tail hawk; Malibu Lagoon, Malibu, California on a beautiful Sunday morning. The Hawk was being harassed by crows. He seemed not to care and was perched on the very top of a pine. I was maybe 30-40 feet away on the ground.
Black-crowned Night-Heron- This photo was taken at Fisherman's Village in Marina del Rey, CA. The Night-Heron is a noctornal bird. Although I have seen it during the day in Huntington Beach and Marina del Rey. I was fortunate to get as close as I was which was about 10 feet.

Wildebeest graze during their annual migration across Kenya and other African countries.
I shot this at Marina del Rey inlet at about 9:30 PM. I used a Canon Rebel Xti; shutter speed was 8 seconds; 40mm; f5.0; iso 100. question for the experts is how do I get moon details so it is not blurred and still get homes as they are? I want this shot only the moon to show the details in other words. Help
